Caring for your Fabric
Beautiful fabric. Ideal for needle painting. This is my second purchase .
I just wish l could buy it by the metre.
Highly recommend this website for patterns as well.
Lovely linen. Shipping to Australia was quick and inexpensive. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the Trish Bur website.
I have used Libeco Linen exclusively for the past two years, primarily for silk shading. I have not found another linen comparable to it. The quality is superb and the delivery is impressive. In these times of back orders and slow shipments, I have never waited more than 8 days for my order and this is shipping from South Africa to the US. I strongly recommend this linen and this shop. You will not be disappointed.
I have just received my beautifully packaged Premium Linen fabric and it is a very fine, smooth fabric that is robust enough to take the weight of dense stitching. It has the feel of fine napery, the fibres are fine but have a plumpness that gives a nice solidity to the surface. There is a slight visible slub which gives a pleasing texture without being a dominant feature. I am looking forward to starting stitching, and appreciate the detailed pre-wash instructions that also accompanied the fabric. I can see why Trish recommends this particular linen so wholeheartedly and I struggled to find anything like this in the UK so I'm delighted that she offers international shipping. It was well worth the wait! :)
