Processing
We aim to process your order in 1 - 5 business days.
Delivery estimates
- UK: Delivery 3 – 5 working days from dispatch. Local customs duty or taxes may apply.
- Europe/EU: Delivery up to 7 working days from dispatch. Local customs duty or taxes may apply.
- USA & Canada: Delivery up to 8 working days from dispatch. Local customs duty or taxes may apply.
- Rest of the world: Delivery 8 working days from dispatch. Local customs duty or taxes may apply.
Customs duties and taxes
1. Your shipment may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). These are out of our control and we are unable to predict what they may amount to.
The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. Import fees are calculated by the relevant authorities in your country and are not included in your shipping charges.

These are not additional charges from Fedex or Trish Burr Embroidery, these charges are from the Customs & Excise department in your country.
2. The designated carrier will act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees to the relevant authorities in your country.
3. The courier will request payment from you on behalf of the relevant authorities in your country before delivery can be made.
