Can I add something to my existing order.
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order that has already been processed and paid. You can place another order and we will combine shipping costs and issue a refund.
Can I combine orders
The system does not allow you to combine orders, but we will combine your orders for you when they are shipped. You will receive a refund for any additional shipping costs.
What if my order is lost or delayed
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 21 days of being shipped and we will certainly send a replacement.
Please note that in 2021 there are potential delays as packages are re-directed to several ports due to Covid so please be patient.
What is your refund policy
We don't issue refunds on physical items unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you order is lost, your package is not received in good condition or there is an error in your order we will send a replacement and you will not be required to return the faulty package.
If you order the wrong PDF pattern we are happy to issue a refund so that you can replace the pattern.
