Excellent instructions

Thank you so much for these patterns, I have so long been wanting to do thread painitng and always backed down from doing it. But your instructions made it so that I could accomplish it. Love all your designs and hope to do many more!

Small joys

How lovely to see the miniature bird take colourful shape. It worked up quickly and was so satisfying. It was my second attempt at needle painting and I will go on with this style of embroidery. Thank you Trish!

The cutest little bird!

I just finished embroidering this a couple days ago and I simply love it! It's incredibly pretty, and I'm very proud of what I was able to achieve thanks to this very well done PDF. Thanks so much!

The only suggestion I would make is to change the ordering of the different steps, so that we start with what is the "lowest" ("deepest" maybe?) part of the image and work our way to the top; for instance, the wings should be done after the body, so that they sit on top of it. I ended up going back over the wings a little bit, so that it makes more sense.

I do realize however that it would be a lot of work for you to redo the whole thing, so I understand :)

Thanks a lot again, I loved it and learned tons of things!!

So glad you enjoyed it Mioara and you have stitched it beautifully! I will certainly take your suggestions on board.
Trish
