Hello everyone

Hope all is good with you? This week I am delighted to let you know that the long awaited Save The Rhino pattern is now available as a PDF for download. This is a Whitework with Colour design, stitched in a variety of stitches to create texture and interest.

SAVE THE RHINO

The white rhino is the larger of the rhino species, mainly found in African countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Uganda. Rhinos tend to wallow in the mud, which serves as a cooling technique, effective sun protection and insect repellent. They have poor eyesight, but acute senses of hearing and smell. They are particularly vulnerable to poaching because of their horns. Massive campaigns are underway to Save The Rhino from extinction.

A percentage of pattern sales will be donated to The International Save The Rhino Foundation.

IRON ON TRANSFER

There is also an iron on transfer pack available for this pattern. Please take note that this listing is for an iron on transfer only.  Pattern instructions are not included. You will receive two transfers – one slightly larger then the other, so that you can change the size if wanted.  The Rhino and Kudu transfers are now included in Whitework Animals bumper pack – if you have purchased this pack of iron on transfers in the last two weeks, they are already included.

AFRICAN ANIMAL DESIGNS

Some other African Animal designs that would go well with Save The Rhino, are included in the Whitework Animals Collection:

The Majestic Kudu

The Magnificent Tembo

Giraffe With Barbara Streisand Eyes

COSMO EMBROIDERY THREAD PACKS

If you missed out last time the Cosmo embroidery thread packs are now back in stock, limited whilst stocks last.

Till next time wherever you are in the world, keep smiling and happy stitching.

Trish
