Customs duties and taxes

CUSTOMS DUTIES

1.   Your shipment may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").  These are out of our control and we are unable to predict what they may amount to.

The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees.  Import fees are calculated by the relevant authorities in your country and are not included in your shipping charges.

2.  The designated carrier (Fedex) will act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees to the relevant authorities in your country.

3.  The carrier (Fedex) will request payment on behalf of the relevant authorities in your country before delivery can be made.  

These charges are from the authorities in your country and not Fedex.
