SHIPPING

We are experiencing delays in delivery of stock,  please be patient as we do our best to ensure continuity of products and efficient customer service.

Shipping by courier is slower than normal due to the impact of Covid 19.  Packages have to be routed and re-routed to different ports and overseas airlines,  so you may experience delays in delivery of your items.  Please be patient if your shipment takes longer than normal - we are doing everything we can to get your items to you in a timely manner. 

DOWNLOADS

All embroidery patterns are provided as PDF digital downloads which are available instantly upon receipt of payment.  No items will be shipped.  This is in an effort to lessen the impact of shipping on the environment and to cope with limited international shipping options due to Covid 19 at this time.

MATERIALS

Only essentials such as embroidery fabric and iron on transfers will be shipped.  All other embroidery materials such as thread, needles and hoops can be purchased from any online/high street needlework store in your country.  Support Local Industry.  Here is a list of stockists.

CURRENCIES

To see store prices in your local currency please use the currency selector at top of home page.  Please note that currency will revert back to default currency US$ at checkout and will be calculated by your bank at current exchange rate.
